• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across Media & Entertainment, publishing, and other industries adopting services powered by AI audio at scale.

Account Executive – Productions

Account Manager

• Build ElevenLabs' partner enablement foundation from scratch - onboarding journeys, role-based certification tracks (Sales, SE, Delivery), and the Partner Academy (LMS/PRM) that scales it globally
• Design hands-on technical labs, sandbox environments, and certification exercises that give partner SEs real implementation experience before going to market
• Develop partner-facing commercial assets - playbooks, discovery guides, demo scripts, architecture blueprints - that translate ElevenLabs' capabilities into partner field execution
• Work closely with Revenue Partnerships to align enablement with pipeline motions, target accounts, and activation metrics; measure success by partner time-to-first-deal, certification rates, and partner-sourced pipeline
• Use ElevenLabs' own voice and agent technology to build localized, AI-native training content that showcases the platform through the enablement experience itself
• Flex across internal Sales Enablement (AE, SDR, CSM) as needed - this is a lean, full-stack team

GTM Enablement – Partnerships

Chief of Staff

• Partner directly with the GM on strategy, revenue operations, and regional planning
• Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and capacity planning across the APAC team
• Support and coordinate on complex deal execution
• Sit in on AE interviews, customer meetings, representing the GM when needed
• Manage complex calendars, cross-timezone coordination and projects
• Keep the team aligned on company processes and following through on commitments

Product Marketing

• Own growth for ElevenProductions end-to-end.
• Position and package our service lines for enterprise buyers.
• Launch new capabilities as Productions expands into additional languages and formats.
• Produce the collateral that enables our sales team to close.
• Drive the pipeline that fills it.
• Develop event strategy, work with our performance marketing team on targeted campaigns, build outbound sequences, and identify the accounts and verticals where Productions can win.
• Define the playbook from scratch, working cross-functionally with the Productions team, sales, and the broader marketing organization.

B2B Product Marketing

Producer

• Drive the success of Productions for one or multiple language teams.
• Onboard and train linguists and other audio professionals (Producers) to use the ElevenLabs platform.
• Build quality control and monitoring systems for your language to ensure the dubs, audiobooks, and other content we deliver sound natural and professional-grade.
• Work with the Productions product and engineering team to optimize our tools and processes for high-quality content creation.
• Define our editorial line and set our creative direction, such as style guides, voice casting, translation and adaptation principles.

Production Manager

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts across the Netherlands - with a focus on Financial Services & Insurance, Telecommunications, Healthcare, and Utilities - to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities - including ElevenAgents - can drive customer engagement, contact center automation, and operational efficiency.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building compelling business cases that translate AI voice technology into measurable business value for senior executives and economic buyers.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends - particularly as they apply to regulated Dutch industries.
• Demonstrate expertise - or a strong willingness to learn - about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, IVR modernization, and in-app assistants.

• Full-Funnel Ownership: Drive the UKI B2B growth strategy and partially tackle the Nordic markets, owning the pipeline target from lead gen to conversion

• As a key member of the Talent team at ElevenLabs, you'll play a vital part in our hiring strategy and execution.
• This is a unique opportunity to build and power the engine of ElevenLabs through hyperscaling headcount, while ensuring our tooling and processes are efficient and scalable.
• You will be a key strategic partner in implementing tooling, managing cross-functional stakeholders, building metrics and dashboards, and creative problem solving to unblock hiring and hiring managers in their day to day operations.
• You’ll collaborate with the team to optimize workflows, analyze team progress towards KPIs, and identify and execute work towards scalable growth.

• Specifically, you will:

• Build scalable community and ambassador programs and repeatable frameworks that grow the creator ecosystem beyond your own direct reach.
• Develop lasting relationships with creators, studios, agencies, and community leaders, becoming a trusted presence in those spaces.
• Host and lead creator workshops with brands, agencies, marketing teams, and independent creators across ElevenLabs' creative suite - voice, music, image, and video.
• Use data and community insights to track growth, identify what is resonating, and scale what works. Establish a regular reporting cadence and feed what you are hearing directly into product and growth teams.
• Represent ElevenLabs at IRL creative meetups, AI events, industry conferences, and community gatherings across the US, and plan owned events ranging from intimate creator dinners to larger community meetups.
• Help define and evolve the creator ICP as you learn what types of creators get the most value from ElevenLabs tools and convert into long-term users. Represent the voice of the creator community in internal planning, roadmap discussions, and launch strategy.
• Travel regularly across the US for events, workshops, and community activations (up to 50% of your time).

Solutions Engineer

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work directly with technical contacts from our customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
