• Support the drafting and editing of internal HR communication materials, including emails, HR newsletters, presentations, and reports

Senior Implant Technology Engineer

Marketing

• Offer Marketing support across the function by coordinating and executing a range of marketing initiatives, tactics and campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, drive engagement and support overall business growth.
• Liaise across the marketing team between Corporate Communications, Brand, Acquisition, Retention and Experience to bring platform and campaigns to fruition.
• Assist the marketing team with yearly planning, document management and completing required processes to effectively manage budget and media.
• Manage collateral, toolkits and other in-clinic resources : Manage stock levels, ordering, distribution and overall maintenance across our Clinic network.

Director

• Define the strategic direction for Oticon Medical's global distribution and drive its execution, in alignment with the broader Operations strategy
• Contribute to shaping the future global Operations roadmap and lead cross-functional projects to bring it to life
• Establish and manage the annual logistics budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and rigorous follow-up on execution and compliance
• Lead the end-to-end insourcing project to transfer global distribution from our external partner to our Vallauris site, coordinating closely with key stakeholders including IT, Sales, ERP administration, Finance and other relevant functions
• Recruit and build the on-site logistics team in Vallauris to manage central distribution operations
• Oversee the full outbound distribution chain from Vallauris — covering order receipt, picking, packing, shipping, customs clearance, stock replenishment, local hub management and returns handling
• Secure on-time, in-full delivery to distributors and customers worldwide, maintaining a consistently high level of service throughout the ramp-up phase and beyond

• Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Specialist provides front-line technical support and IT services to end users, on-site at our Kitchener location, and remotely throughout Canada.
• Delivers in-person, phone, and remote support for hardware, software, and network-related issues while ensuring a positive and consistent user experience.
• Supports day-to-day IT operations, assists with onboarding and offboarding activities, and contributes to the effective management of IT requests and assets.
• Serves as a primary point of contact for end users regarding IT-related issues and requests.
• Provides Level 1 support and assists with Level 2 issues across hardware, software, and network environments.
• Ensures IT support tickets are accurately logged, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Delivers IT support through multiple channels, including the ticketing system, phone, remote sessions, and onsite walk-ups, ensuring accessible assistance for all users.
• Escalates more complex issues to senior IT staff, internal teams or vendors as required, while maintaining ownership and follow-up.
• Supports onboarding and offboarding activities, including account setup, equipment imaging and user provisioning.
• Configures, installs, and maintains end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
