Director, S&OP

Procurement

• Support day-to-day supplier management across key Removables suppliers and workstreams
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable capacity, quality performance, and delivery timelines
• Track supplier performance through scorecards and KPI reporting (quality, delivery, cost)
• Help drive supplier accountability through structured follow-ups, QBRs, and escalation when needed
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address supplier performance issues and mitigate supply risk
• Identify sourcing opportunities across Removables to improve total delivered cost and supplier reliability
