About the role
- Orchestrate and Drive Technical Programs: Lead the execution and delivery of complex, large-scale technical programs for International Launches, spanning multiple engineering teams and business functions.
- Define Scope and Manage Readiness: Partner with stakeholders to define program scope, timelines, and success metrics, and manage the end-to-end technical readiness for new market launches, coordinating efforts across all relevant engineering and data teams.
- Manage Timelines, Dependencies and Risk: Actively manage technical dependencies, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and resolve cross-team execution bottlenecks to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain Program Visibility and Alignment: Establish clear communication, develop comprehensive roadmaps, milestone tracking, and program timelines to keep all stakeholders informed, aligned, and accountable.
- Facilitate Technical Decisions: Drive technical decision-making and architectural trade-offs to ensure the global platform is scalable, performant, and resilient across diverse international technical landscapes.
- Resolve Blockers and Mitigate Risk: Actively identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, resource conflicts, and execution bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Technical Program Management experience, preferably in a high-growth startup environment
- experience with defining Roadmaps across multiple stakeholders
- unpacking, understanding, and communicating tradeoff decisions
- the ability to manage large initiatives while sweating the details
- excellent project management skills
- host reviews with senior leads to understand competing needs, and help plan and communicate strategy to address them
- work closely with product managers, technical leads, and UX designers to identify and solve real-world customer problems and business opportunities
- work with stakeholders teams to identify scope, constraints, dependencies, and risks
