Analyst

• Conduct end-to-end selection processes (aligning profiles with hiring managers, screening, sourcing/headhunting, competency-based interviews, and making offers);
• Actively contribute to automation initiatives, the use of Artificial Intelligence, and continuous improvement to increase efficiency in the team's processes;
• Use tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to attract talent;
• Ensure a delightful, transparent, and humanized experience for all candidates (candidate experience);
• Support Employer Branding initiatives.
