About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute operational routines and provide support to Marketplace Sellers with agility, quality, and compliance, ensuring SLAs are met, interactions are recorded accurately, and partners receive efficient support.
- Provide support and handling for partner business areas regarding the area’s policies.
- Participate in quality calibrations and operational training.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Handle operational requests and seller/internal client inquiries according to playbooks and policies (e.g., orders, catalog, discrepancies, reimbursements, logistics, case status);
- Record and update information in tools and operational controls, ensuring accuracy and traceability;
- Correctly classify cases (reason/status/tags), ensuring reliable data for reporting and analysis;
- Work within agreed timelines, ensuring clear communication and complete case handling;
- Support investigations with evidence and context (screenshots, logs, case history);
- Follow defined service and execution standards;
- Participate in quality calibrations and operational training.
