About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

KPI Management: Monitor and report key logistics performance indicators (OTIF, freight cost, cycle time, load utilization, etc.);
Data Analysis: Identify operational bottlenecks, cost variances and improvement opportunities through cross-referencing complex datasets;
Cost and Lead-time Reduction: Conduct logistics network studies, negotiate freight contracts and analyze route efficiency with a focus on productivity gains and financial savings;
Implementation of Action Plans: Structure, cascade and lead action plans (using methodologies such as PDCA, 5W2H or DMAIC) with partner areas (Transportation, Warehousing and Procurement);
Continuous Improvement: Develop management reports and automated dashboards to provide visibility of logistics performance to senior management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, etc.), Business Administration, Logistics, Economics or related fields;
Experience: Proven prior experience in logistics intelligence, performance or logistics planning;
Analytical Profile: Strong logical reasoning, comfort with numbers and ability to turn raw data into business insights;
Tools: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau);
Project/Process Management: Knowledge of problem-solving tools and action plan methodologies
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Lean methodologies or Green/Black Belt certification;
Knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis;
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS/TMS.
