About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prospect and attract new sellers and brands to operate on marketplaces.
Conduct commercial negotiations and presentations.
Assess sellers' potential.
Build and strengthen relationships with sellers.
Guide sellers through the onboarding process onto the platform.
Negotiate with major brands/strategic partners (competitive analysis + internal strategy).
Monitor the contract flow, acting as a liaison between the seller and internal departments.
Lead the onboarding process for new partners (documentation, registration, validations, catalog, publishing, first steps with the seller).
Negotiate and support engagement with Ecosystem Services (Ads, media plans).
Identify opportunities for strategic categories and products.
Support sellers in Fulfillment operations and other logistics networks.
Collaborate with teams such as Sales, Logistics, and Operations.
Update reports and track the prospecting pipeline.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Fulfillment is a plus.
Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
Communicative, analytical and results-oriented profile.
Good interpersonal skills with sellers and other company departments.
Commercial profile: negotiation techniques and account/relationship management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive and able to work effectively in a team.
Experience in marketplaces with hunting and performance.
Previous experience with marketplace onboarding.
Knowledge of integration hubs.
