About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct end-to-end selection processes (aligning profiles with hiring managers, screening, sourcing/headhunting, competency-based interviews, and making offers);
Actively contribute to automation initiatives, the use of Artificial Intelligence, and continuous improvement to increase efficiency in the team's processes;
Use tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to attract talent;
Ensure a delightful, transparent, and humanized experience for all candidates (candidate experience);
Support Employer Branding initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed (Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields);
Previous experience in recruitment and selection;
Communicative, proactive, and resilient profile to handle the fast pace of our business;
Organized and able to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
Preferred: Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or marketplace companies;
Preferred: Hands-on experience using AI tools to optimize recruitment & selection processes.
