• Own the full scheduling experience including interview coordination so every candidate and interviewer shows up informed, prepared, and on time.
• Represent geo-specific nuances to identify and execute on operational improvements across recruiting processes and technology stack.
• Support regional teams with recruiting enablement and training.
• Host candidates onsite and create an experience that's warm, human, and memorable while adapting to different personalities and making everyone feel at home.
• Partner closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to anticipate needs, solve problems in real time, and keep things moving.
• Keep our ATS (we use Ashby) accurate and up to date so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Constantly finding and executing on opportunities to improve how we operate.

Recruiting Coordinator

Systems Engineer

• Own the technical foundation of Cursor's Salesforce platform — architecture, standards, governance, and developer tooling (including CI/CD and version control)
• Lead and execute the most complex, ambiguous implementations across GTM systems — CPQ, lead routing, deal approval workflows, and lead-to-cash processes
• Set and enforce engineering standards across the GTM systems team, with a focus on enabling parallel development without regression or conflict
• Pair with and technically mentor junior engineers — getting in the weeds with them, not just reviewing their designs
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to translate messy commercial requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions
• Build with a strong balance of code and configuration — knowing when each is the right tool and why

Senior Staff GTM Systems Engineer

• Develop comprehensive marketing plans across regions, segments, and industries to both land and expand in the largest enterprise accounts.
• Build differentiated strategies, scalable programs, and world class events across buying personas and industries, delivering at-scale and account-based tactics
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to Sales and Inside Sales Leadership through compelling executive presentations, insights-driven recommendations, and business reviews
• Track lead flow from initial touchpoint to closed-won revenue. Partner with Sales Ops to refine conversion metrics and maximize ROI
