About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage CTOs and senior engineering leaders as a trusted technical peer in strategic sales cycles
- Lead high-level technical and architectural conversations around AI adoption in large enterprises
- Frame and communicate the maturity curve of AI in software development, tailoring narratives to different customer contexts
- Partner with Field Engineers to guide solution direction without owning hands-on implementation
- Influence executive stakeholders by connecting technical capabilities to organizational and business impact
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, shaping product direction and go-to-market strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- You’ve previously been an engineering leader, principal architect, or platform leader in a complex organization
- You’re comfortable operating at both 10,000 feet and diving deep technically when needed
- You have strong opinions on how AI will transform software development and can articulate them clearly
- You have executive presence and can build credibility quickly with CTOs and senior stakeholders
- You’ve led or been involved in large-scale technology rollouts or transformations
- You thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and prefer influence over ownership
