• Lead and coach a two-person recruiting team, including a contractor providing interim support, aligning hiring with company growth priorities and our evolution toward a high-performing culture.

• Partner with the Chief People Officer on talent strategy, workforce planning, and initiatives that strengthen engagement, retention, and organizational performance.

As strategic advisors to both internal and external stakeholders, the SC team collaborates across the organization to educate prospects and clients on the business value CreatorIQ delivers. This role requires a dynamic, analytical, and adaptable individual who can quickly absorb complex information, think creatively, and effectively translate insights into impactful solutions.
• Act as a key member of account teams with sales and other internal stakeholders for our enterprise and mid-market customers to uncover goals in order to map an end-to-end solution
• Attend client meetings to conduct in-depth discovery on the customer’s current and future states and positive business outcomes
• Create compelling presentations and collateral to highlight product value to a specific customer
• Deliver presentations both virtually and in person
