About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the GTM Operations function and enhance its effectiveness & influence.
- Hire, structure, mentor, and grow the team and set the strategy, priorities, and operating cadence for the function.
- Build and own the analytics and forecasting layer the business runs on.
- Lead business automation, systems, and infrastructure.
- Direct sales compensation, quota, and territory planning.
- Drive GTM enablement.
- Run project management and inter-operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years in GTM, Revenue, or Business Operations, including senior leadership.
- Know Salesforce and CPQ well, and have experience evaluating, prioritizing, and governing emerging AI capabilities.
- Proven analytical and forecasting rigor.
- A track record of large-scale systems and transformation initiatives.
- Executive presence and cross-functional leadership.
