Brand Manager

• Responsible for development and execution of strategic and annual marketing plans which address all aspects of the marketing mix.
• Shared responsibility for the delivery of volume, share and profit objectives consistent with overall brand strategy, with P&L accountability for bottom line profitability.
• Build premium consumer / trade equity for the brand through the design and execution of consumer and trade strategies including pricing, packaging, innovation, promotion, public relations, digital marketing and special events, rooted in analytical and consumer insights.
• Work closely with our DTC, E-Commerce, and Hospitality teams to bring brand strategy and deliver brand omni-channel growth goals.
• Perform on-going business and competitive analyses and provide findings and recommendations for corrective action where appropriate to Senior Management.
• Manage brand projects, overall budget allocation, and prepare and present branded presentations to both internal and external audiences.
• Manage all outside agency initiatives in support of the brand’s business objectives.
• Work with sales leadership, key on and off premise strategic accounts, internal field sales, and distributor personnel, to develop marketing programs and identify opportunities to expand the business.
• Liese with international teams as global brand owners to insure consistency of brand strategy and execution globally.
• Manage multi-year brand S&OP forecast with Operations team, including at-risk inventory review.
• Multi-functional leadership: Drive stewardship of 360 programs and nurture collaborative working relationships—including leadership of monthly / quarterly cross-functional team meetings.
• Visit key markets in support of market blitzes, new product launches, surveys, etc. and report brand and competitive findings as well as any market driven recommendations to Senior Management.
• Successfully communicate and work with a large number of key internal groups across the organization on a regular basis, including Field Marketing, Luxury Events, Public Relations, Finance, Operations and Production team (vineyard management, winemaking, bottling, packaging technology, production, transportation etc.).
• Communicate on a regular basis with the Marketing Director and/or Vice President, ensuring strategy and projects are on track, gaining support and guidance.

Manager

• Sell new and expanded distribution of our beer brands to multi-unit, regional and franchise chain accounts, with a major focus against the Convenience Channel but also Including Large Format Grocery, Mass Merchandiser, Regional Hispanic / Ethnic Grocery customers
• Develop, sell, and implement custom created promotional programs to listed off-premise accounts
• Communicate sales results to Constellation field sales and distributor networks to ensure execution of retail plans and promotions
• Sell against National priorities and leverage national retail promotions in conjunction with customized regional programs to deliver sales and distribution plans in assigned account base
• Provides feedback to national Accounts on local and regional retail vision and direction
• Work with Chain Director to meet Business Unit sales and distribution annual business plans by developing regional and local off-premise chain account programming where needed
• Act as the primary business contact and partner between Constellation and the regional account base to ensure that Constellation is recognized as the category leader
• Manage budget allocations, ROI, and other financial responsibilities
• Execute against account plans and retail budget in order to maximize set sales goals
• Manage Travel and Expense as well as Constellation Tactical Funds (CTF) budgets in order to maximize ROI
• Preparation of detailed and professional sales presentations for account business reviews and sales calls
• Uncover and pursue opportunities and grow volume in target account base

Key Accounts Manager

Financial Planning and Analysis

• The Business Unit Finance & Pricing Analyst provides analytical and financial support to the BU Sales Finance Manager on price changes, planning & forecasting, reporting, and analyses in a variety of areas related to revenue management and finance.
• This individual will work closely with Business Unit Operations Directors, General Managers and Market Development Managers to support the Business Unit and provide analysis and recommendations which will drive profitability.
• This individual will also collaborate with the Commercial Finance team to support planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Independently manage and coordinate price and promotion changes, including development & maintenance of price trees & promotion calendars
• Develop, execute & maintain internal control procedures to ensure accuracy & data integrity of Pricing/Trade Promotion system
• Develop tools to analyze volume & profit performance; identify actionable opportunities to improve revenue & profit
• Conduct pre- and post- promotion effectiveness analysis & deliver strategic recommendations to improve ROI
• Manage construction of Business Unit Annual Financial Plan & monthly forecasts by providing accurate forecast inputs for volume & revenue
• Deliver insightful & actionable variance analysis of results vs. Plan, vs. forecast, & vs. prior year; identify areas of risk &/or opportunity based on key business performance metrics

• Work with viticulture teams to investigate any financial questions, help them to prepare budgets and summarize inputs
• Prepare monthly performance reporting for leadership

Operations Finance Analyst

Account Executive

• Lead several core components of the Independent Space and Shopper First Shelf Programs, including: Overseeing the Space & SFS planning process, including Anaplan model management, training and communications, development of planning tools and resources, and performance‑to‑goal tracking with field sales and BU space execution teams.
• Developing, managing, and socializing comprehensive SFS ROI reporting (Power BI and Excel), along with actionable national‑ and local‑level insights for use in distributor sell‑in materials.
• Managing the Independent Planogram Integrity Tool and all related reporting, resources, and support materials for field sales and BU space execution teams.
• Supporting any adhoc needs and requests related to Shopper First Shelf and Space program analytics, ROI and tracking.
• Manage the internal Sales Execution Incentive program, including: Contribute to the design of an effective year‑long incentive plan leveraging key qualifiers and rankers to drive competition and elevate performance against sales KPIs and strategic priorities.
• Tracking and communicating performance through regularly distributed scorecards and live presentations during monthly Sales Execution calls.
• Coordinating all incentive‑trip logistics in partnership with the event planning team.
• Oversee the coordination and development of monthly Sales Execution Deck materials, delivering clear, accurate, and executive‑ready presentations of KPI performance and execution levels to sales leadership and the broader sales organization.
• Partner with Sales Learning & Development to support the development and execution of national holiday sell stories, supporting the ideation process, elevating visual presentation, and supporting the pulling together of all data requirements across Circana, IQ, and BI platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and cross‑functional SET partners on technology‑driven initiatives, ensuring Space and SFS components are accurately integrated and fully reflected within Sales Star programs.
• Manage the annual update of the Sales Focus Calendar and drive enhancements to improve its value for the field sales organization.
• Manage Launchpad playbooks in partnership with the Sales Execution Analyst, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
• Provide support for ad hoc Sales Enablement projects and requests as assigned by Sales Execution Manager or Director.

Senior Analyst, Sales Execution

• Ownership of Global Brand level P&Ls (by channel and geography), including global marketing budgets, for specific W&S brands.
• Support the Brand Managers in developing and delivering on global brand strategies through channel & geo mix, pricing (Price to Consumer/Retailer), product portfolio (NPD projects and SKU rationalization), product specifications (COGS) and marketing initiatives (Promotional and Marketing)
• Provide financial direction and decision support to the Brand Managers as they influence the sales organization in managing Gross to Net Pricing and Promotions and Local Marketing Spend.
• Identify areas of opportunity to optimize marketing expenditures through ROI or other savings analysis
• Lead the development of P&Ls for new product launches for Brand, working cross-functionally to gather inputs, vet assumptions and provide recommendations on project

Senior Brand Finance Analyst

Accountant

• Perform general accounting responsibilities and general ledger maintenance in accordance with various policies, processes and within an internal control framework
• Define and prepare journal entries
• Perform general ledger account reconciliations
• Assist in performing company close procedures including:
• Analyze monthly results and adjust as appropriate
• Record, research, and reconcile intercompany transactions

Accounting Manager

• Analyze, create and post journal entries, including those to record complex intercompany funds flow and equity transactions

• Research accounting topics to determine the appropriate accounting treatment for transactions as they arise
• Support ESG reporting processes including voluntary reporting and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to ESRSs, ISSB, SEC, state and local, as applicable

• Assist with the coordination and support of internal and external audits, as well as the preparation and review of statutory financial statements
