About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leads initiatives that strengthen logistics performance through standardized processes and strong cross-functional execution
Improves outcomes by using data to identify risks and opportunities
Supports governance and continuously improves framework for import/export compliance programs
Ensures trade requirements are embedded in logistics execution across modes/ports
Leads broker/forwarder governance
Supports core customs compliance elements
Prepares for and supports CBP and other regulatory audits/inquiries
Tracks/analyzes trade compliance KPIs and findings

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related functions
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Strong service orientation; able to work with all levels of internal and external partners
Excellent written/oral communication and strong analytical/computer skills (spreadsheets/databases)
Customs Broker License / Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) or equivalent preferred
Experience working with CBP and/or international customs authorities
Working knowledge of import/export regulations (classification/valuation/origin/FTAs)
