Supply Chain Operations Specialist II

• Responsible for the physical cycle counting process and daily reconciliation of inventory to ensure product availability sufficient to meet customers' scheduled deliveries.
• Analyze data and provide reports and analyses to management, report on inventory issues and assist with research and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
• Perform end of month, end of quarter, cycle and physical counts of inventory.
• Ensure ongoing inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate the timing of file extracts, reconciliation program and adjustments to meet host processing and warehouse operational needs.
• Investigate, resolve and prevent inventory discrepancies by reviewing electronic transaction history.
• Correct back routes/re-routes and shipping errors.

• Lead quality control management across CEVA Pacific operations to ensure consistent compliance.
• Manage and develop a team of Quality Advisors across multiple sites and business lines.
