About the role
- Lead quality control management across CEVA Pacific operations to ensure consistent compliance.
- Manage and develop a team of Quality Advisors across multiple sites and business lines.
- Act as the primary escalation point for customer audits, inspections and quality issues.
- Embed and maintain CEVA’s Quality Management System, including document control and governance.
- Lead investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyse quality trends, risks and performance data to drive improvement initiatives.
- Partner with operational leaders to strengthen quality capability and accountability.
- Support new business implementations, transitions and tenders from a quality perspective.
- Maintain audit readiness and coordinate internal, external and customer audits.
- Promote a proactive quality culture across operations and support functions.
Requirements
- Significant experience in quality management within logistics and supply chain or regulated sectors.
- Proven experience managing multi-site quality operations and customer-facing audits.
- Strong background in QMS governance, ISO 9001 and continuous improvement frameworks.
- Demonstrated capability leading audit programmes (e.g. RC, CAPA).
- Experience working with operational leaders to embed quality standards.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Tertiary qualification in Quality Management, Engineering, Science or a related discipline (preferred).
- In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
