About the role

  • Lead quality control management across CEVA Pacific operations to ensure consistent compliance.
  • Manage and develop a team of Quality Advisors across multiple sites and business lines.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for customer audits, inspections and quality issues.
  • Embed and maintain CEVA’s Quality Management System, including document control and governance.
  • Lead investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyse quality trends, risks and performance data to drive improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with operational leaders to strengthen quality capability and accountability.
  • Support new business implementations, transitions and tenders from a quality perspective.
  • Maintain audit readiness and coordinate internal, external and customer audits.
  • Promote a proactive quality culture across operations and support functions.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in quality management within logistics and supply chain or regulated sectors.
  • Proven experience managing multi-site quality operations and customer-facing audits.
  • Strong background in QMS governance, ISO 9001 and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Demonstrated capability leading audit programmes (e.g. RC, CAPA).
  • Experience working with operational leaders to embed quality standards.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in Quality Management, Engineering, Science or a related discipline (preferred).
  • In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
