About the role
- Lead the sales strategy and build long-term customer relationships
- Ensure that regional sales targets are met
- Shape international market success and collaborate across the organization to implement sales initiatives
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory
- Manage the strategic management of your territory, developing growth plans and sustainable client relationships
- Implement and oversee sophisticated sales strategies, including market analyses, pricing strategies, and marketing tools
- Lead, coach, and develop the Sales team to ensure success
- Drive sales initiatives across the entire sales lifecycle
- Build strong, lasting relationships with key customers
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and report to senior leadership
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree desirable
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or related fields
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and job specific related software applications
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Demonstrated success in leading, supervising, managing, and developing high-performance teams
- Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, organization, presentation and negotiating skills
- Demonstrated success in problem solving through use of data and information metrics and improvement to performance process
