Administration

• oversee the administration, direction, and organization of Service Coordination teammates
• serve as a direct supervisor for approximately 7–9 Service Coordination Supervisors
• assist with hiring, training, and coaching
• assist in developing, interpreting, implementing and monitoring policies, procedures, and regulations
• act as a liaison with Medicaid providers, families, or stakeholders
• manage work schedules, task assignments, performance, and leave requests
• direct, monitor and evaluate work of your team by providing indirect oversight of 50-70 Service Coordinators
• develop and implement policies and procedures in response to changing program needs
• establish collaborative relationships with waiver service participants and their guardians, providers, advocacy entities, and community organizations
