• Own the overarching web strategy, including site updates, landing page experiences, site infrastructure and navigation that support acquisition, conversion, and retention.

• Build a comprehensive design system for the website, including typography, color systems, icons, layout grids, spacing rules, components, states, interactions, and responsive behavior.
• Partner closely with web engineers to ensure components, patterns, and design system elements translate cleanly into production-ready HTML/CSS within our Figma → code workflow.
• Translate brand guidelines and design principles into reusable Figma components, tokens, and documentation that scale across teams.
