Sales Operations Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Enhance partner operations, ensuring partner managers and sales teams maximize revenue.
- Concentrate on optimizing sales efficiency and effectiveness with strategic consultation, project management, and tactical support.
- Spearhead multiple strategic initiatives in collaboration with GTM leaders across departments.
- Address tactical needs to ensure seamless integration and support for partner strategies.
- Work with established Sales Operations team for optimal results.
- Partner with team members to recommend, prioritize, and manage strategic revenue-enabling initiatives.
- Diagnose sales system inefficiencies and deliver solutions to enhance partnership motion.
- Drive projects to completion ensuring quality and adoption.
- Simplify processes through automation and implement new tools.
- Provide front-line support to partner teams by responding to sales support tickets and requests.
- Manage sales tech stack including implementation and optimization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-4 years of direct experience in Sales Operations, including Partner Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Experience with partner sales, including resellers, brokers, and referral partners.
- A strong inclination to seek out and utilize data to inform decisions, rather than relying on intuition.
- Demonstrated ability to take independent ownership of tasks and projects, driving them to completion.
- Demonstrated focus on achieving outcomes, recognizing that daily tasks are steps toward reaching goals.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and motivate change without direct authority.
- Prioritizes work around true impact, with a willingness to challenge stakeholders to consider whether actions should be taken (rather than just executing orders).
- Prior experience working within Salesforce or another CRM like Hubspot.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to see complex initiatives through from start to finish while prioritizing effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
