About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and track progress using our CRM system.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored BambooHR solutions to solve their challenges.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to move deals through the sales process.
  • Assist in negotiating deals and moving prospects to a close.
  • Stay informed about product updates and market trends to improve sales performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce) and basic sales tools.
  • A track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present product demos.
  • A strong desire to succeed and the ability to manage objections and push through challenges.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
  • Willingness to learn from feedback and improve your sales approach.
  • Understanding of BambooHR’s value and ability to communicate this to clients.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prospects at once.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic, bringing a positive approach to the team
