• Manage the activities performed in all work areas within the Configuration Center and Deployment teams to include day-to-day operations, implementation of procedures, project and records management, collection and reporting of statistics, and budget/P&L activities.
• Hire, onboard, and oversee a team of coworkers including coaching, development and performance management.
• Develop and execute action plans geared towards increasing coworker engagement.
• Meet with supervisors and coworkers to communicate department and company information.

Manager – Deployment Services

Consultant

• Provide technical support, in-depth expertise, architectural leadership and proactive advisory guidance on client engagements
• Discover, define and deliver roadmaps, strategies and solutions, educating the client and internal teams as appropriate throughout the life of client engagements and AWS – Amazon Connect roadmaps
