• Accurately process and verify payments received
• Reconcile bank deposits and verify deposit totals
• Prepare, compile and dispatch invoices, statements, reports and cheques
• Record and post broker billing statements and payments in the payment register and accounting system
• Reconcile basic accounts and resolve outstanding amounts
• Review and resolve daily cash reports, correct and adjust journal entries and process cheque requisitions
• Verify and post banking information, review new business, amend payment schedules, and process premium refunds for accounts
• Handle unresolved issues regarding payments, disbursements, billing arrangements, payment methods and account discrepancies
