About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for WFM team's transformation, innovation and optimization
Analyze and review business results and upcoming forecast implications
Reviewing long-term and short-term forecasts and find ways to deliver on forecast accuracy targets
Refine Capacity Plans each month with the most up-to-date information
Achieve global service targets through proactive management of a multi-site and multi-skilled environment
Act as an expert of WFM and popularize complex concepts to an audience
Identify areas of improvement to better manage the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or any combination of equivalent education
3+ years of experience managing a WFM team
Strong project management and communication skills
Expert level with MS Excel; proficient with PowerPoint and Word
Analytical skills in critical thinking, decision-making, problem solving, and attention to detail
Deep knowledge of WFM software such as NICE IEX, an asset
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Must be eligible to work in Canada
