Support the Senior Manager, GE Operations to ensure Team Members receive HR and payroll-related support and manage client-related communications.
Assist in monthly probation performance reviews and uploading documentation to BambooHR.
Provide administrative support for timekeeping, leaves, procurement, and internal approvals.
Coordinate with PX, IT, and Office Ops for onboarding logistics, access provisioning, and equipment allocation.
Act as initial point of contact for Team Members; handle questions, concerns, and escalations and direct to appropriate departments.
Support planning and execution of meetings, engagement activities, training, and recognition programs; track tenure milestones.
Collaborate to refine performance evaluation frameworks, identify process improvements, and automate HR-related processes.
