Customer Success Manager

• Lead and support Customer Success Specialists through regular check-ins and coaching
• Support hiring, training, and onboarding of new Customer Success Specialists as needed
• Review and finalize team deliverables including meeting agendas, launch announcements, case studies, and Help Center articles
• Act as a point of escalation for troubleshooting and complex customer questions
• Oversee the health and performance of the full customer portfolio, including goal-setting and planning

• Developing a deep understanding of customers and internal users through interviews, support ticket analysis, usage data, and feedback loops
• Identifying the highest impact opportunities within Insights and translating them into a clear strategy and roadmap

Account Executive

• Researching potential business opportunities within a defined territory, including greenfield territory
• Owning and driving the full sales cycle - prospecting, discovery/qualification, demonstrating the product, negotiating the pricing and terms, and closing the deal
• Working with our Business Development Representatives, while also being primarily responsible for identifying and creating self-sourced opportunities to strategically build a strong and consistent pipeline of potential opportunities that ensure you meet / exceed your monthly quota.

• Effectively setting up, running, and maintaining performance-based trials with selected strategic prospects on a monthly and quarterly basis.

• Leading the full design lifecycle: discovery, research, concepting, prototyping, usability testing, UI/visual design, and delivery
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define problem spaces and shape product strategy, aligned with the company’s goals
