About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Owning SEO, GEO, and AEO strategy across owned channels
- Partnering on content creation; lead distribution, optimization, and performance
- Managing organic social as a discovery and trust channel
- Driving CRO across landing pages, signup flows, and onboarding entry points
- Partnering with Product and Design to run tests and ship improvements
- Identifying and closing key conversion gaps
- Supporting paid strategy alongside a specialized agency
- Setting direction and ensuring full-funnel message consistency
- Aligning acquisition efforts to Host audience needs and experience
- Optimizing the signup-to-activation handoff
- Partnering on onboarding flows to drive key host actions and milestones
- Tracking cohorts and identifying drop-off points during the credit period
- Building and prioritizing the growth experiment backlog
- Developing hypotheses, running tests, and analyzing results
- Turning insights into actionable channel and growth strategies
- Owning funnel metrics from first touch through activation
- Pulling and analyzing your own data; building reporting views
- Connecting channel performance to downstream outcomes
- Collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Revenue Management
- Contributing to product launches, onboarding, and GTM execution
- Using funnel insights to influence roadmap decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation, ideally in B2C or B2B SaaS environment
- A track record of improving search rankings and organic performance—not just producing content briefs
- Experience working cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging across the entire customer journey
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to pull your own data and executing upon insights
- Experience designing and running experiments end to end, from hypothesis to decision
- Proven ability to connect channel performance to business outcomes such as signups, activation, and retention—not just top-of-funnel metrics
- Experience in the short-term rental, proptech, or hospitality space is a nice to have
- Familiarity with SQL or similar data querying tools is a nice to have
- Experience with HubSpot, additional CRMs and/or Webflow is a nice to have
