• Own and triage customer issues from ingest through to resolution, whether that’s a one-time fix or a full project including org-wide changes.
• Offer, advocate and then implement best practices for an IT function that is securely creating the most productive workforce in the world.
• Own projects across device management (think Kandji, Crowdstrike), identity management (think Okta, Google Workspace), hardware logistics (think laptop shipping, accessories lifecycle) and user lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding and user changes) to automate manual process and reduce our touchpoints to solely those where the human interaction matters.

Performance Marketing

• Lead and grow the demand generation function, including hiring, developing, and setting clear expectations for a high-performing team.
• Own Ashby’s growth strategy as we scale our sales-led motion and introduce a PLG motion, this will include a healthy balance of scaling already sophisticated ABM, Outbound, OOH, automation motions, while building out our AEO, Paid, and other areas required to build a holistic demand gen motion.
• Build scalable programs across the US and EMEA, balancing global consistency with regional nuance.

Security Engineer

• I’m seeking a knowledgeable, collaborative, and creative leader to scale our security program and build out our security team.
• This leader will report directly to me.
• You’ll inherit a competent security program and scale this program through our next phase of high growth.
• This includes building the Security team from scratch (which means you’ll be a hands-on security generalist to start).
• By the end of the year, you’ll have defined our security strategy and roadmap, and added people (1-3 individuals), processes, and automation to scale yourself out of routine work.

• Owning the end-to-end accounting function, building on an established foundation to further strengthen accuracy, speed, and scalability across the organization.

• You’ll lead a full reinvention of how Ashby tells customer stories across video, written formats, and emerging creative mediums.
• Elevate our core case studies (like those on ashbyhq.com/customers) by showcasing both best practices in modern recruiting and the measurable, real-world impact of the product.
• Rethink written customer case studies and narratives, pushing toward richer storytelling, deeper operational detail, and clearer distribution strategies across channels (owned, earned, sales and CS, paid, community).
• Develop inventive, culturally resonant formats, from a Hot Ones-style series to recruiter karaoke to narrative mini-docs, designed to entertain, educate, and spark community pride while helping buyers understand real considerations in choosing an ATS and showcasing our amazing customers.
• In partnership with Customer Success, build and run Ashby’s customer advocacy & reference program.
• You’ll architect the infrastructure that turns organic goodwill into a sustainable, ethical, and scalable program.
• In partnership with Customer Success, establish clear systems for tracking advocacy contributions across content, product feedback, event participation, and references.

Content Lead, Customer Advocacy

Customer Success Manager

• Operationalize CS Strategy: Develop and refine processes, tools, and workflows to scale Customer Success operations. This includes customer segmentation, onboarding workflows, lifecycle mapping, and playbook development.
• Analyze Business Dynamics: Partner with internal stakeholders on reporting & analysis of metrics such as NRR, GRR, churn, product adoption, health score, and customer sentiment. Use these insights to provide early warnings and refine CS strategies.
• Optimize the Customer Journey: Enhance the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring smooth transitions across all post-sales touch points from onboarding through support and renewal.
• Support Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Finance and CS leadership on planning cycles, including headcount planning, capacity modeling, and quota setting. Provide relevant historical data for informed decision making.
• Drive Process Improvements: Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to CS workflows, customer onboarding, account transitions, and renewal processes. Implement & deploy KPIs to measure performance against strategic initiatives.
