Content Lead, Talent Trends

• Evolve Ashby’s Talent Trends strategy. You’ll take full ownership of how Talent Trends grows into a defining Ashby content pillar. This means setting the editorial vision, identifying the most critical questions to answer for recruiting leaders, and continuously innovating on format, depth, and storytelling to ensure Ashby becomes synonymous with talent data.
• Be the founder of the GTM strategy for Talent Trends. You won’t just create reports, you’ll define cadence, set benchmarks for success, and own how these insights reach and educate the market. From LinkedIn to newsletters, from demand gen campaigns to live events, you’ll drive creative and consistent ways to bring Talent Trends to life across channels by working with channel owners.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with authority. You’ll be the connective tissue across Data, Design, and Leadership — aligning stakeholders, making tough calls on scope, and ensuring every deliverable meets the bar of clarity, impact, and brand alignment.
• Elevate Ashby’s voice in the market. You’ll grow into the external presence for Ashby’s insights, whether through publishing consistently on LinkedIn, ghostwriting for leadership, or representing Talent Trends through video or audio formats.

• As our next Integrations Consultant, you’ll be responsible for defining, managing, and executing the technical requirements for strategic customers, specifically those implementing Ashby with one of our custom-built HCM integrations. You will work with customers with varying levels of integration sophistication advising on integration best practices, technical configurations, and working with a customer’s internal expert on how to best achieve their goals. You will use your existing knowledge of both integrations and the products we will be integrating with to consult with our customers, helping them get up and running swiftly with Ashby, so they can ultimately achieve their desired business outcomes. • As a Data Analyst at Ashby you’ll primarily be focused on product-related analytical questions. This will cover the gamut of most standard analyses and related assets (analysis summaries, metric monitoring, dashboards, etc). Given Ashby is well-positioned to capture global recruiting data, our product analyses naturally lend themselves to global job market benchmark reports which are highly valuable to Ashby and the broader employer and candidate job markets (see our Talent Trends for some examples).

• Your responsibilities will cover the whole data funnel: starting from raw or lightly modeled data all the way through final analysis summary. When appropriate, you will be responsible for analysis work that becomes standardized internal dashboards for other Ashby team members. All in, you will have broad analytical ownership and responsibilities, so this is a role best fit for a curious and ambitious type that enjoys touching the whole data analysis ecosystem.

• If you are a product-minded analyst, given Ashby supports a whole recruiting analytics product offering, there is a very real potential that your internal analysis work could contribute directly to our product roadmap.
