• This role will initially have one report, our recruiting operations lead.
• Responsible for managing all HR Systems. Defining what we require and why, externally and internally, for our unique People tech stack.
• Building a full suite of reports and dashboards that use Ashby’s analytical capability to the maximum as well as that of other tools.
• Continuous improvement is critical and we want to challenge the status quo, not just for ourselves but to experiment publicly with what’s possible.
• Create and operationalize performance review processes and develop frameworks for evaluating and growing talent.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, build out our knowledge base, learning & development programs, and other people-focused programs.
• Partnering closely with the Product Team to distill your observations into tangible feedback. To help scale your efforts, we'll aim to resolve pain points and increase your influence with documentation; you'll be able to contribute on both of these fronts as the Voice of the Customer with a pedagogical slant.
• You’ll be involved in early deployment and testing of features whilst ensuring all new functionality is effectively utilized internally after release.
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with all federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. Support audits and reporting requirements, and help develop training and communication to keep the organization aligned with legal and regulatory standards.
• Your role will be to help ensure maximum impact of potential efficiency gains.

Customer Success Manager

• In this role, you’ll partner with Ashby’s largest and most complex customers, focusing on driving product adoption, customer health, and long-term value.
• You’ll help shape how we support a diverse set of enterprise customers, from high-growth teams to public companies.
• You’ll develop strong product and domain expertise to help customers apply Ashby within their hiring workflows and achieve hiring excellence.

Strategic Customer Success Manager

• Create high-quality onboarding materials, documentation, and e-webinars.
• Assist customers via email and customer calls as needed.
• Take ownership of a book of customers as the main point of contact.
• Manage medium and large projects core to the team’s operations.
• Explore key areas of ownership within the first 90 days.

Customer Success Manager - Americas

• Serve as both the Implementation Specialist and CSM for a defined book of upmarket APAC customers.
• Own the customer journey end to end, from implementation and onboarding through long-term adoption, customer health, and value realization.
• Partner with Ashby’s customers, helping them get up and running quickly while also building deep, ongoing strategic relationships.

Mid Market Account Executive – Americas, West

Full-stack Engineer

• Own the long-term vision for Ashby’s GTM tech stack. You’ll evaluate, procure, and implement tools that solve for today’s bottlenecks while preparing us for the next years of growth.
• Own and manage the core revenue technology stack, ensuring they integrate seamlessly.
• Ensuring data quality and consistency across systems. Design and maintain a seamless flow of data across our ecosystem.
• Lead and mentor a lean team of systems experts.
• Act as the primary bridge between RevOps and Finance, Data/Analytics, and Engineering.
• Proactively identify "technical debt" within our revenue stack.
• Designing and streamlining operational workflows, such as lead routing, customer onboarding, and renewals.

Director, GTM Engineering – Systems

Support Engineer

• Technical Troubleshooting: Develop a deep technical understanding of Ashby capabilities and systems to support diagnosis of technical issues and to drive timely and effective resolutions for customers. Provide comprehensive support regarding the investigation of integration issues, API inquiries, and bug reports.
• Expertise in Integrations: Leverage in-depth understanding of integration frameworks and related technologies to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues. Proactively identify patterns in customer challenges to recommend product enhancements and streamline integration processes.
• Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
• Collaboration with Engineering: Work closely with the Ashby Engineering team to escalate issues, share insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of support processes, common issues, and solutions to enhance the knowledge base.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather, analyze, and relay customer feedback to the engineering team to inform product development and enhancements.

Product Support Engineer

• Own and evolve our impact assessment process — improve the tools, refine the methodology, and make sure every assessment we deliver is compelling, credible, and customer-specific.
• Define Ashby's value selling motion — build the frameworks, templates, and messaging that SEs use when engaging on value across the entire sales funnel.
• Lead executive-level value conversations on our most strategic deals — bring the business case to life for the people who sign the check.
• Enable the SE and CSM teams — run training, create resources, and act as the internal subject matter expert on value consulting so the whole team gets sharper over time.
• Partner with CS on value realization — make sure customers can connect the outcomes they expected to the results they're seeing after they go live; elevating from TA results to overarching business priorities.
• Test and refine messaging on larger deals — use strategic opportunities as a proving ground to sharpen how we talk about Ashby's impact.

• Coaching first-time hiring managers on how to build an exceptional recruitment process from the ground up.

• Partnering directly with the VP/ founder level, where you need to extract key information in a limited amount of time.
• Balancing periods of managing multiple roles in different domains with times where you are deep-diving into a single position.

• Lead the strategic evolution of Ashby’s Support Engineering function.
• Operate at the intersection of Support, Engineering, and Product, defining how technical support operates at scale.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Support Engineering organization through strong, engaged management of Support Engineering Managers and their teams.
• Set a clear vision for how the function scales, drive alignment across leadership, and create an environment where both managers and individual contributors can do their best work.
