Lead and grow a high-performing Enterprise SE Team
Hire, onboard, and develop Solutions Engineers
Coach SEs on enterprise-specific skills

Partner with Enterprise sales leadership to align on pipeline and priorities
Oversee demos, POCs, trials, security reviews, and RFPs
Refine and evolve the enterprise SE motion

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing or mentoring Solutions Engineers in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise SaaS sales motions
Strategic thinking about process, enablement, and operational excellence
Partnering with Sales Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (CS, Product, Implementation)
Strong business and technical acumen
Clear communication skills to simplify complex concepts
Experience building POC frameworks, RFP libraries, and technical trial structures
Empathy for enterprise Talent teams
