Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and grow a high-performing Enterprise SE Team
  • Hire, onboard, and develop Solutions Engineers
  • Coach SEs on enterprise-specific skills
  • Create a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
  • Partner with Enterprise sales leadership to align on pipeline and priorities
  • Oversee demos, POCs, trials, security reviews, and RFPs
  • Refine and evolve the enterprise SE motion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience managing or mentoring Solutions Engineers in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise SaaS sales motions
  • Strategic thinking about process, enablement, and operational excellence
  • Partnering with Sales Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (CS, Product, Implementation)
  • Strong business and technical acumen
  • Clear communication skills to simplify complex concepts
  • Experience building POC frameworks, RFP libraries, and technical trial structures
  • Empathy for enterprise Talent teams
