Senior Product Manager, SAP Distribution & Transportation

Director

• Own the product master data strategy and operating model; how data is created, validated, governed, and evolved across the product lifecycle and I2C stage gates.
• Build and lead a centralized Product Data & Analytics team that assumes ownership of core product data inputs (transitioning routine data entry away from merchants) and ties those inputs explicitly to GTM stage‑gate requirements.
• Establish a center of excellence (CoE) for seasonal product data and reporting processes, with clear decision rights, stewardship roles, and change control.
• Elevate data integrity through audit mechanisms, lineage and taxonomy management, and well‑documented change management; including complex issue triage and root‑cause resolution.
• Partner with Master Data, Product Management, and Technology to maintain a single source of truth across PLM/PIM/ERP and adjacent systems; recommend and prioritize systems upgrades or design changes where needed.
• Develop and maintain reporting & BI tools for Product Creation and cross‑functional partners; create training, guidelines, and adoption plans for end users.
• Deliver KPI reporting and analytics capabilities mapped to the I2C calendar; drive adoption of KPIs and BI tools across senior leadership and functional teams.
• Monitor key seasonal deliverables for completeness and accuracy; anticipate risks and enable faster decisions with proactive insights.
• Analyze data trends to surface actionable opportunities that improve product creation quality, speed, and commercial outcomes.

Senior Director, Product Data & Analytics

Analyst

• Responsible for the execution of in-season allocation and replenishment strategies
• Sales and inventory analysis for brand stores and/or our ecommerce
• Oversee inventory levels to ensure appropriate product availability
• Managing the overall replenishment process for a subset of brand stores and/or factory outlets
• Analyzing store level inventory and sales to determine trends and maximize sales opportunities
• Making recommendations on store levels and products based on sales data and store feedback
• Identifying and highlighting any concerns in inventory levels and investigating solutions
• Working closely with stores/outlets regarding product flow and replenishment flow
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights into retail functions
• Creating stock transfers and/or return authorizations in season to maximize sales
• Liaising with the warehouse, stores, and merchandising teams to coordinate integration of replenishment

Allocations Analyst

Research Engineer

• Defining science-based project objectives, developing robust performance evaluation methodologies and creating technical solutions in support of the Advanced Concepts priority projects
• Leading the performance evaluation processes for Advanced Concepts projects through validating research hypotheses and scientific POVs, testing both on athletes and in the laboratory
• Discovering product insights through completing applied research on our mountain athletes and translating findings into innovative solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Creating new test methods and processes that translate testing in the mountains to testing in our laboratory and on materials
• Building infrastructure so that testing protocols, data assessment and reporting is consistent, easily shared and centrally regulated
• Advising on the most modern testing and analysis equipment for our Research and Engineering (R&D) function
• Partnering with both academic and industry partners to bring in specialized expertise and equipment
• Designing and fabricating novel test fixtures and equipment, to support in product performance validation
• Collaborating across the Advanced Concepts and Product Creation teams
• Partnering with AC leadership to maintain a robust Intellectual Property (IP) portfolio, proprietary solutions and exclusivity on materials projects within alignment with the Legal team
• Partnering with the Innovation Operations team on R&D specific resourcing opportunities, including funding, academic and internship programs (SR&ED, IRAP, NRC, MITACS, and so forth)
• Driving key initiatives to support the future of Arc’teryx with a focus on product circularity
• Travelling across the local field as required, with potential to travel in collaboration with vendors and external partners

• The Guest Services Technology team aims to set the standard in the outdoor industry as premier technology partners and experts.
• You will be working on a small but impactful team that interacts with many departments across Arc’teryx.
• The Discovery team is responsible for conducting research & discovery on a variety of projects, many involving or impacting our Salesforce ecosystem.
• You will work closely and collaboratively with many other teams, including Operations, Marketing, Finance and Analytics.
