Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and shape demand planning to drive business performance
Turn complex data into clear forecasts for strategic decisions
Set the standard for forecasting processes and methodologies
Influence senior partners to align on approaches
Own the end-to-end demand plan and lead IBP forums
Shape tools, models, and frameworks to improve accuracy
Ensure successful execution of product launches and seasonal strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-8 years experience in demand planning, merchandise planning, forecasting or relevant supply chain role
Ability to influence and build alignment with senior stakeholders
Strong demand forecasting experience in a retail or wholesale environment
Strong foundation in statistical forecasting and advanced proficiency in data manipulation and Excel
Experience working with retail KPIs
Experience with new product forecasting and lifecycle management
Deep, hands-on experience with advanced planning software such as o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, or Oracle
Track record of mentoring and developing others
Advanced analytical skills for complex issue resolution
Strong time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a people-facing role
Flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous situations
Balancing autonomy and collaboration
Commitment to finding best solutions and doing what is right
