About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own how tactical supply planning turns complex supply scenarios into clear decisions
- Act as the primary supply point of contact for the regions and the sourcing organization
- Own supply supportability reporting through the tactical horizon
- Drive holistic view of T1/T2 mitigation scenarios through planning stage-gates
- Translate supply impacts for the business and regions ahead of seasonal buy placements
- Lead the supply response into IBP, partnering with Global Inventory Planning
- Shape buy strategies across T1/T2
- Own and execute the monthly “Need to Buy” process and seasonal calendars
- Own capacity risk assessments and drive resolution
- Partner with Global and Regional teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-8 years experience in supply planning, production planning, or a relevant supply chain role
- Strong partnerships across regions and the sourcing organization
- Expert knowledge of T1/T2 supply planning and production processes
- Strong grasp of end-to-end supply chain flow
- Strong data analysis background
- Hands-on experience in o9, Excel, and Power BI
- Solid knowledge of SAP and/or an equivalent ERP/planning system and order management processes
- Track record of mentoring and developing others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business judgment
- Sharp eye for detail and accuracy
- Advanced analytical skills to investigate, troubleshoot, audit, and resolve complex issues
