Key responsibilities & impact

Own how tactical supply planning turns complex supply scenarios into clear decisions
Act as the primary supply point of contact for the regions and the sourcing organization
Own supply supportability reporting through the tactical horizon
Drive holistic view of T1/T2 mitigation scenarios through planning stage-gates
Translate supply impacts for the business and regions ahead of seasonal buy placements
Lead the supply response into IBP, partnering with Global Inventory Planning
Shape buy strategies across T1/T2
Own and execute the monthly “Need to Buy” process and seasonal calendars
Own capacity risk assessments and drive resolution
Partner with Global and Regional teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-8 years experience in supply planning, production planning, or a relevant supply chain role
Strong partnerships across regions and the sourcing organization
Expert knowledge of T1/T2 supply planning and production processes
Strong grasp of end-to-end supply chain flow
Strong data analysis background
Hands-on experience in o9, Excel, and Power BI
Solid knowledge of SAP and/or an equivalent ERP/planning system and order management processes
Track record of mentoring and developing others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong business judgment
Sharp eye for detail and accuracy
Advanced analytical skills to investigate, troubleshoot, audit, and resolve complex issues
