Develop analyses that support teams in understanding priority gaps
Provide proactive training and real-time support to functional partners
Onboard individuals and teams to the sustainability work
Create new tools and processes to improve efficiency
Support across the sustainability team on important topics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate and/or graduate degree related to sustainability, circularity, and/or design, or equivalent experience
1-2 years of experience in a Sustainability-related role
Previous experience within Sustainability, ideally in the apparel industry
Interest in fashion design and the product creation process
Attention to detail and critical thinking
Experience analyzing quantitative data in Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational skills with ability to balance multiple tasks and tight deadlines
Collaborative approach and ability to foster strong working relationships
Creative problem solver and apply design thinking in work
Highly collaborative with demonstrated effectiveness at building strong partnerships
Proactive in identifying root causes of issues and developing solutions
Positive, optimistic attitude and good sense of humor
Passion for work and getting outside
