Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate and/or graduate degree related to sustainability, circularity, and/or design, or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Sustainability-related role
  • Previous experience within Sustainability, ideally in the apparel industry
  • Interest in fashion design and the product creation process
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Experience analyzing quantitative data in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to balance multiple tasks and tight deadlines
  • Collaborative approach and ability to foster strong working relationships
  • Creative problem solver and apply design thinking in work
  • Highly collaborative with demonstrated effectiveness at building strong partnerships
  • Proactive in identifying root causes of issues and developing solutions
  • Positive, optimistic attitude and good sense of humor
  • Passion for work and getting outside
