About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborating with Director, Retail - APAC and key stakeholders to create and execute strategies
Leading retail operations for all APAC NSO’s
Partnering with Asset Protection team for executing initiatives
Driving risk and loss reduction activities
Managing comprehensive project plans
Providing support and guidance to store teams
Providing updates to leadership on project statuses
Identifying and escalating potential risks
Leading programs to enhance guest experience and drive sales
Creating a global retail operations calendar

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field
5 years of progressive vertical multi-unit retail experience
Experience in management consulting
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Exceptional leadership capabilities
Expertise in retail operations
Knowledge of guest experience and operational processes
Proficient in managing a portfolio of projects
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
