• Handle inbound and make outbound calls, emails, and chats from real estate agents regarding their Equator account, password resets, and technical issues - these are warm leads, no cold calling
• Upsell real estate agents' current memberships for added value in receiving qualified leads for property listings
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Equator platform
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Equator's services
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upselling opportunities
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase customer retention
• Generate and qualify leads
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and Equator's product updates
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
