About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead market operations through on-site research, contractor engagement, recruiting, and performance coaching
- Create scopes of work that meet client specifications, design guides, and "clean, safe & functional" standards
- Manage bidding and estimating using the RenoWalk platform or other approved technologies
- Coordinate and enforce client specifications with local contractor teams, ensuring capacity alignment
- Guide the full project lifecycle—from awarded scope through completion—maintaining schedules, budgets, and SLAs
- Oversee procurement and approval activities in collaboration with contractors and internal teams
- Present monthly operational updates to Renovation Management leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of REO/REIT construction experience
- Strong background in single-family construction, remodeling, and national/state-level project management
- Advanced construction knowledge
- Proficiency with MS Office, RenoWalk, HOVER/EagleView, and related tools
- A reliable personal vehicle (monthly vehicle allowance provided)
- Valid driver’s license and compliant insurance
- Residence in the Western half of the U.S., preferably Northern California, and the ability to travel up to 80%
