About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead market operations through on-site research, contractor engagement, recruiting, and performance coaching
Create scopes of work that meet client specifications, design guides, and "clean, safe & functional" standards
Manage bidding and estimating using the RenoWalk platform or other approved technologies
Coordinate and enforce client specifications with local contractor teams, ensuring capacity alignment
Guide the full project lifecycle—from awarded scope through completion—maintaining schedules, budgets, and SLAs
Oversee procurement and approval activities in collaboration with contractors and internal teams
Present monthly operational updates to Renovation Management leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of REO/REIT construction experience
Strong background in single-family construction, remodeling, and national/state-level project management
Advanced construction knowledge
Proficiency with MS Office, RenoWalk, HOVER/EagleView, and related tools
A reliable personal vehicle (monthly vehicle allowance provided)
Valid driver’s license and compliant insurance
Residence in the Western half of the U.S., preferably Northern California, and the ability to travel up to 80%
