Key responsibilities & impact

Review inspection results and ensures compliance with draw requests
Responsible for identifying, capturing, and managing system defects
Update proprietary construction management software with current status, outstanding support documentation and customer service notes
Perform analysis on proposed construction projects and review Contractor qualifications
Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with construction management/ BE Civil Engineering preferred
The highest level of customer service and communication skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Extremely organized and have great problem-solving skills
