• Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing.

Account Executive – Business Services, Media

• You will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing.
• In our Food & Beverage Sales team, the average sales cycle is six months, working with companies of 30 to 300 employees and an average ARR of €150K.
• At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects.
• We sometimes manage customer relationships to ensure the smoothest possible onboarding.
• You will educate prospects, deliver inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders to make the transition from prospect to customer seamless.
• We expect you to understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method.
• This method makes the prospect experience an integral part of the overall Alan customer experience—pleasant and delightful for everyone.
• You will be instructive with prospects (Smart) and define the best personalized high-touch strategy for each prospect (Soft).
• You will also help the company grow and improve by challenging our product(s), methods, and strategy, and by participating in initiatives to expand our customer base.

Account Executive, Food & Beverage industry

• At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. You will sometimes manage customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding. You’ll educate prospects, deliver compelling product demos, and onboard key stakeholders to make the transition from prospect to customer seamless.

This approach ensures the prospect experience is an integral part of the overall Alan customer experience—making it pleasant and delightful for everyone. You will be instructive with prospects (Smart) and define the best personalized high-touch strategy for each prospect (Soft).
• You’ll also help us grow and improve as a company, challenging us to enhance our products, methods, and strategy, and participating in initiatives to expand our customer base.

• Lead education and demos: deliver compelling product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process.
• Influence product development by sharing customer insights.
• Help improve our sales methods and go-to-market strategy.

Account Executive – Tech & Engineering

• You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• In our Transport Sales team, the average sales cycle is 6 months, dealing with companies ranging from 30 to 300 employees, with an average ARR of €150K.
• Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects.
• You’ll educate prospects, deliver compelling product demos, and onboard key stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to customer.

Account Executive, Transport industry

Sales

• Own the Learn & Care acquisition plan in France. Design and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for 30–300 employee customers, from targeting to closing, to reach ambitious acquisition targets and scale the segment.
• Build & coach a team of 5 Account Executives.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, and career development as we scale the team and the segment.
• Help each team member reach their targets with clear expectations, rigorous follow‑up, and ongoing coaching on methodology, deal execution, and pipeline management.
• Be in the field with the team: prospecting, joining key meetings, supporting tough negotiations, and owning strategic opportunities to maximize win rates.
• Empower every member of the team: create the conditions for everyone to reach and exceed their goals through a strong feedback culture, coaching, clear ownership, and autonomy.
• Ensure product‑market fit and remove blockers: surface customer expectations, patterns, and obstacles, and ensure they’re addressed through the right strategic and execution plans (product, pricing, ops, marketing, etc.).
