About the role

  • Join our Small Businesses team focused on companies with 10–30 employees across tech, consulting, and business services
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing
  • Build and grow strategic relationships: drive deals and manage key customer accounts
  • Deliver compelling product demos and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process
  • Help shape the product roadmap through customer insights
  • Contribute to refining our processes and sales strategy
  • Take part in growth initiatives
  • Be part of a collaborative team with big ambitions

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing; prospecting is a core part of the role
  • Native or full professional proficiency in French (C2+) and advanced level of English
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up and time-management skills
  • Empathetic and passionate about understanding and solving prospects’ problems
  • Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Strong understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively within a small team
  • Fast learner, eager to make an impact from day one
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, or Marseille
