About the role
- Join our Small Businesses team focused on companies with 10–30 employees across tech, consulting, and business services
- Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing
- Build and grow strategic relationships: drive deals and manage key customer accounts
- Deliver compelling product demos and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process
- Help shape the product roadmap through customer insights
- Contribute to refining our processes and sales strategy
- Take part in growth initiatives
- Be part of a collaborative team with big ambitions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing; prospecting is a core part of the role
- Native or full professional proficiency in French (C2+) and advanced level of English
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-up and time-management skills
- Empathetic and passionate about understanding and solving prospects’ problems
- Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
- Strong understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively within a small team
- Fast learner, eager to make an impact from day one
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, or Marseille
