About the role

  • Lead prospects through their journey to becoming delighted Alan customers, partnering with decision-makers from HR leaders to CEOs across Accounting, Banking & Finance, Legal, Real Estate, Insurance, Strategy & Management Consulting, Advertising, and Media companies with 30–300 employees — highly qualified workforces where top talent attraction is the key HR challenge.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships: drive deals and manage key customer accounts.
  • Deliver product education and demos: present compelling product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process.
  • Influence product direction by sharing customer insights and feedback.
  • Contribute to improving sales methods and commercial strategy.
  • Participate in growth initiatives and regional expansion efforts.
  • Collaborate closely within a team that thinks big and moves fast.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing. Prospecting is a core part of the role.
  • Native or full professional proficiency in French (C2 or equivalent) and advanced level of English.
  • Highly organized with outstanding follow-up skills.
  • Strong empathy and a genuine passion for understanding and solving prospects’ problems.
  • Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
  • Solid understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue (subscription) business models.
  • Positive team player with a collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a small team.
  • Fast learner who can make an impact from day one.
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, or Marseille.
