About the role

  • You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • In our Transport Sales team, the average sales cycle is 6 months, dealing with companies ranging from 30 to 300 employees, with an average ARR of €150K.
  • Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects.
  • You’ll educate prospects, deliver compelling product demos, and onboard key stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to customer.
  • You’ll also help us grow and improve as a company by challenging our product(s), processes, and strategy, and participating in initiatives to expand our customer base.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Prospecting is a key part of the role.
  • Full professional proficiency in French (C2 or equivalent) and advanced proficiency in English.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
  • Empathetic and passionate about understanding and solving prospects’ problems.
  • Able to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
  • Strong understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively in a small team.
  • Eager to learn quickly and make an impact from day one.
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, or Marseille.
