• Lead and grow a high-performing PM team. Build, mentor, and manage a team of 6–10 product managers, including people managers. You'll set the bar for craft, create development paths, and cultivate a culture of ownership, rigor, and candor.

• Drive cross-functional alignment at scale. Partner closely with Engineering, Accounting, Treasury, Capital Markets, Legal, Compliance, and Client Success teams. Navigate complexity, balance competing stakeholder needs, and build trust through clear communication and a strong delivery track record.
• Enable platform scalability and international expansion. Architect platform strategies that simplify domain boundaries, standardize loan behaviors across products and markets, and unlock faster time-to-market for new geographies and product lines.
• Measure and improve platform health. Define success metrics — including settlement success rates, reconciliation coverage, exception volumes, and time-to-resolution — and hold teams accountable to the reliability and accuracy standards these critical systems demand.
• Influence up and across the organization. Regularly present strategy, tradeoffs, and priorities to senior leadership. Shape organizational thinking on where to invest and what to deprioritize.

Director of Product Management, Financial Platform

• Partner with cross functional leaders (i.e. Product, Growth Analytics, Credit, Revenue and, Merchant Pricing) to drive business outcomes through strategic and analytic support

• Independently fulfill examination requests, coordinate directly with key collaborators to fulfill various external obligations, and manage examination processes end-to-end from a Compliance perspective.

• Build and own dbt models for the financial subledger platform (staging → intermediate → canonical facts/balances/marts → semantic), including naming conventions, macros, and reusable patterns.
• Implement strong data quality and controls in dbt: tests (unit/relationship/assertions), freshness, anomaly checks, and automated reconciliations that support close and audit readiness.
• Embed AI-assisted reconciliation capabilities into the platform (within appropriate security/controls guardrails): automate variance triage, suggest likely root causes, and generate human-reviewable reconciliation narratives and evidence artifacts.
• Own end-to-end subledger data products (e.g., event/fact layers, balance rollforwards, reconciliation outputs) with traceability from source events through transformations to reporting outputs.
• Partner with Accounting/Financial Reporting to translate requirements into clear model specifications (definitions, posting logic assumptions, tie-out rules) and ship them as durable dbt assets.

• Own mid-funnel sales lifecycle processes (Discovery → Close), including stage definitions, pipeline hygiene, forecasting inputs, and opportunity management standards
