Trainer

• Train all culinary positions on board any of the Lindblad vessels.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan for each culinary position.
• Implement the provision plan based on storage capacity and itineraries of the ships.
• Serve as a fill in/temp chef or any culinary position as needed.
• Ensuring onboard team is conducting professional evaluations & tracking performance and creating individual plans for galley staff for professional growth.
• Conducting interviews of potential candidates and onboarding process.
• Roll out with collaboration with the culinary manager to develop training materials and programs. Build seasons specific order guides with general par level included based on the menu matrix and product availability in the market.
• Review of voyage menus, comment cards and tracking onboard performance.
• Ensure vessel’s maintain readiness compliance with United States Public Health (USPH) standards across all vessels, including onboard training.
• Maintain general knowledge of galley equipment and ensure all crew are trained for proper operations.
• Contribute to new initiatives from hotel leadership, with a focus on creativity, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Manages transitions and handovers to ensure relevant and helpful for incoming chefs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Culinary Trainer

• Provide virtual training review and guidance for the implementation of best practices
• Oversee virtual training guidance and best practices during the development of organizational training plans
• Possess knowledge and understanding of the origination and remote site needs to support the effectiveness of virtual training

Trainer, SME – DISA

• Deliver training and education to SOF (Special Operations Forces) components across the entire Systems Integration Partner family-of-systems
• Manage, plan, coordinate, and own current and prototype solutions of USSOCOM’s C-UAS portfolio for the 75th RR.
• Contribute to training curriculums (eg, POIs) across a variety of platforms, ranging from computer-based simulations and knowledge portals to hands-on individual and collective training
• Collaborate with SOF component customers and own the cUAS problem for them by identifying knowledge gaps, training opportunities, and building solutions
• Create and update training material for Anduril and partner product capabilities
• Manage the end-to-end hardware and software configurations for all assigned cUAS equipment
• Build bridges between SOF components and Anduril, serving as the internal voice of the customer to all Anduril teams and capturing product updates and supporting training for end users

Ranger Regiment Trainer

• To deliver high-quality teaching, coaching, and assessment that supports learners to successfully complete their Level 4 and 5 Residential Childcare apprenticeship standards or employer-based qualifications.
• Ensure all learners receive a stimulating, inclusive, and supportive learning journey, aligned to regulatory requirements and organisational values.
• Responsible for an agreed caseload of apprentices and employer-based learners, providing them with high-quality training, coaching, mentoring and assessment to achieve their apprenticeship standard, and/or associated qualifications, in a timely manner.
• Ensure that assessment of learners’ starting points is used in planning and sequencing their training regarding knowledge, skills, behaviours, English and maths development.
• Develop and agree individual training plans, in collaboration with employers, which provide support to learners to meet the content of, and effectively prepare them for, the final assessment/end point assessment.
• Ensure that all learners and employers are provided with a comprehensive induction programme, confirming that employers know their roles and responsibilities in the collaborative relationship to support the progress of their learner.
• Develop and implement effective training and learning strategies and activities, including resources to support learners in making progress towards successful completion of their learning programme.
• Provide training, coaching and assessment ensuring training meets standards set by Acorn Training and Awarding Organisations (AO), including complying with the relevant AO and Acorn Training quality assurance processes and requirements in all assessment practice, and presenting learners’ work for quality assurance purposes when required.
• Ensure that off-the-job training is effectively planned and tracked as part of the individual apprentices’ training plan and is robustly monitored.
• Actively support and encourage the continuous development of learners’ English, maths, and digital skills.
• Ensure all learners have access to pastoral support, including ensuring a good understanding of Safeguarding, Prevent, Radicalisation, Equality, Diversity and Fundamental British values.
• Organise and plan assessment opportunities and regular review meetings with learners and their employer to set and review targets and progress, and ensure constructive feedback that is developmental, is documented and provided to enhance learners’ progress.
• Provide information, advice and guidance to learners and employers throughout their programme, ensuring that all learners are aware of Guidance and Wellbeing available to them to support their progress.
• Effectively manage timescales and be clear in setting and agreeing objectives and deadlines, monitoring training and assessment outcomes and achievement.
• Carry out employer health and safety risk assessment reviews, where necessary.
• Maintain an electronic diary of sessions and visits to the learners in their workplaces, ensuring visits and interactions are planned in advance, adhering to the lone working policy.
• Maintain accurate records for all apprentices and employers in electronic systems, ensuring that all interactions are documented in a timely manner.

Trainer Assessor – Residential Childcare

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and execute instructor-led and web-based training programs to support VHA operational and clinical initiatives.
• Conduct training needs assessments, evaluations, and analyses to identify communication, knowledge, and skill gaps among end users.
• Translate identified training needs into effective workshops, learning modules, remedial training materials, and educational solutions.
• Develop, update, and maintain training curricula, workbooks, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and other instructional resources.
• Design and revise standard and customized instructional materials to ensure alignment with program objectives and adult learning principles.
• Administer and support learning management systems (LMS), including course creation, enrollment tracking, reporting, and maintenance activities.
• Develop, maintain, and manage training databases and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with program requirements.
• Deliver engaging face-to-face, virtual, and online training sessions to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Provide end-user support and guidance related to training content, systems, and learning resources.
• Coordinate training logistics, schedules, communications, and administrative activities associated with training delivery.
• Attend and actively participate in project meetings, working groups, committees, and stakeholder engagements.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and briefings to leadership, staff, and end users as required.
• Assist with test administration activities, user readiness efforts, and training-related support for system implementations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, clinical personnel, and project teams to ensure training content reflects current workflows, policies, and best practices.
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on participant feedback, evaluation results, and organizational needs.
