About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve efficiency and quality of work within the Franciscan Medical Group
- Train providers and clinical staff on effective and efficient utilization of the electronic medical record
- Develop and evaluate policies and procedures defining the scope of services related to patient care processes and electronic medical record utilization
- Maintain integrity and professionalism with clinic staff and share medical data in compliance with corporate policies
- Conduct research into medical and operational issues impacting providers, staff, and patients
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 years of experience training on IS platforms/applications, clinical systems, EHRs, or teaching; an Associate's Degree substitutes for 1 year and a Bachelor's Degree substitutes for 2 years
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, verbal/written communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse personalities
- Ability to present complex materials to a variety of audiences
- Ability to perform effectively in a complex, changing environment
- Must obtain EPIC Credentialing within 90 days of hire
