Supply Chain

• Serve as a key point of contact between rhode and international distributors and retail customer operations teams, supporting day-to-day execution and market-specific supply chain needs
• Continually assess opportunities to improve customer supply chain, reduce operational costs, and drive volume through supply chain metrics
• Develop a deep understanding of each international distributor and retail partner’s distribution model, operational requirements, key metrics, and inventory planning needs
• Strong analytical skills to produce qualitative/quantitative data (using Excel, PowerPoint, NetSuite, Tableau) that can be shared to drive business
• Broad understanding of policies, processes and systems relating to retail distributor operations
• Overseeing and ensuring smooth order processing and timely delivery across international customers, distributors, and retail partners with focus on Innovation planning and customer expansion
• Provide weekly sell in data vs. forecast and any risks associated to the month/quarter plan to Finance, Sales and Operations stakeholders
• Track & monitor weekly sell out data coupled with retailer in stock levels in partnership with Demand planning and Sales account leads
• As needed, partner with international distributors, retailer Supply Chain & planning teams to drive additional orders or forecast adjustments guaranteeing appropriate inventory coverage
• Track and report on key international customer supply chain KPIs, including fulfillment, in-stocks, service levels, on-time delivery, and potential chargeback risk
• Internal and external collaboration for alignment and identifying opportunities
• Participate and contribute to customer demand forecasting, maximizing forecast accuracy
• Participate and influence assortment decisions aimed at optimizing sales and productivity by utilizing analytics, market research, consumer research, and customer intelligence
• Partner closely with international teams, distributors, and cross-functional stakeholders to support new market launches, regional assortment expansion, and ongoing operational excellence.
• Ability to connect internal functions to drive supply chain improvements (fill rate, on-time, in-stocks, reduce potential chargebacks, customer program execution) for the customer
• Help educate and align internal teams on international customer expectations, distributor requirements, regional retailer requirements, and best practices for execution

Manager, International Customer Supply Chain

• Ensure the site implements effective and efficient management of all operating systems and procedures in line with the Company’s guidelines.
• Ensuring that the performance of the site in the key result areas is monitored and reviewed on an ongoing basis and that remedial action is taken to deal with unsatisfactory results.
• Confirming that all buildings and equipment are maintained to maximise their value and comply with current legal and safety requirements.
• Responsible for the direct relationships with each customer, both operational and financially.
• Plan and promote DSV’s People Plan, to successfully attract the right talent, to allow continuous growth within the team, building capability at all levels, allowing a future growth plan.
• Monitoring, on an ongoing basis, the performance of all direct reports, and undertake regular reviews (appraisals) at all levels, in accordance with the Company’s procedures.

• Ensuring the efficient management of the Site’s financial accounts and the implementation of effective financial control procedures in line with Company guidelines, maintaining effective liaison with the UK Finance Team.

• To steer the sites Continuous Improvement program/s with intention to promote both customer and DSV efficiencies.

General Manager, Contract Logistics

• Coordinate supplier and disposal point negotiations to support best-value outcomes across all waste streams.
• Review, optimise and rationalise the supply chain network to support cost savings, supplier standardisation and a reduction in supplier numbers.
• Support the onboarding, approval and integration of new suppliers into the supply chain, ensuring compliance, capability and suitability.
• Analyse third-party spend and identify opportunities to support the internalisation of services and improve overall profitability.
• Coordinate and support pricing, tender submissions and new business opportunities through market assessment and cost analysis.
• Support the development of supplier agreements and waste stream specific deals to maximise value and manage cost increases effectively.

Supply Chain Coordinator

• Coordinate travel and people movement for operators and production staff, ensuring the right people arrive at the right location, at the right time, ready to work effectively.
• Book and manage travel including flights, accommodation, ground transport, itineraries, and last-minute changes across multiple international events.
• Manage visa requirements for travelling staff, ensuring applications, documentation, timelines, and entry requirements are handled accurately and proactively.
• Control travel budgets, tracking costs, identifying efficiencies, and helping ensure event travel is planned and delivered within budget.
• Provide clear travel communication to staff, ensuring operators and production teams have accurate itineraries, booking details, and relevant event information before departure.
• Support freight coordination where required, assisting with shipment tracking and documentation as a secondary part of the role.
