Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement project-specific supply chain strategies, aligning with overall company objectives and project timelines
  • Manage supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management for project-related materials, equipment, and services
  • Monitor and track supplier performance, proactively addressing any issues or deviations to ensure on-time delivery and quality

  • Optimize logistics and transportation processes for efficient material flow to project sites
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and ethical sourcing practices
  • Generate regular reports on supply chain performance, cost savings, and risk mitigation efforts
  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a project-oriented environment
  • Proven track record of managing complex supply chains for large-scale industrial or energy projects
  • Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and contract negotiation principles
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding project environment
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, APICS) are a plus
