About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape the future Fashion, Home & Beauty logistics network to support growth, profitability and customer outcomes

Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong end-to-end logistics, retail and e-commerce experience, with the ability to develop strategies that drive growth, efficiency and profitability
- Confident interpreting financial and operational data to identify opportunities that deliver long-term value
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the curiosity to turn complex data into clear insight and practical solutions
- Able to build trusted relationships, communicate clearly and influence decisions across a wide stakeholder group
- Broad business awareness, with a focus on accountability, continuous improvement and delivering meaningful results
