About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team of colleagues to operational success in our temperature-controlled warehouse
- Set daily and weekly KPIs and ensure that these are always being met and exceeded
- Maximise productivity and improve quality in order to grow your team
- Lead HR requirements in relation to investigation, disciplinary, grievance and absence management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in managing an operational team in a fast-paced warehouse environment (ideally a grocery operation)
- The ability to lead continuous improvement projects whilst demonstrating excellent planning skills
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on maintaining on-site engagement
