Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting the delivery of the Commodity Supply Chain business unit’s growth strategy.
Boosting 3Keel’s external presence in sustainable supply chains and building a strong work pipeline.
Leading and guiding client projects alongside team members.
Delivering high-quality project work for clients.
Managing larger key accounts with autonomy and responsibility.
Engaging in new developments, frameworks, and standards in sustainability.
Mentoring junior staff members and contributing to a supportive team development environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience in forest risk commodities (i.e palm, soy, cocoa, coffee, timber)
Strong consulting credentials
Ability to quickly learn and transfer existing knowledge
Experience in supply chain due diligence, materiality, and risk-based assessments
Ability to confidently lead client engagement
Experience in business development and proposal writing
Organised and systematic approach to project management
Ability to communicate complex information to non-technical audiences
Experience in building client relationships at all levels of seniority
Line management experience (desirable)
Academic background to degree or masters level in a relevant subject area (desirable)
